سلام تشکر از بابت تلاش شبانه روز شما عالی است یک مجموعه کامل مربعی ورزشی خسته نباشید البته اون خانم ای که داشت روش انجام حرکت را به صورت انجام می داد و توضیح خیلی دقیق بود احسنت خسته نباشد جواد هستم دوره ۲ دبیرستان رشته ریاضی و علوم در حال حاضر صد کلاس ۱۲ هستم و آخرین سال تحصیل دبیرستان من هست
